We typically target middle market transactions of $25M to $250M.
Our core investments are typically in multifamily, mixed use, and luxury high street retail properties. Our opportunistic value add investments often require significant repositioning efforts, adaptive re-use, or full lease-up activities, providing the potential for appropriately high returns.
